1.The conditions outlined below, in addition to the guidelines issued by Company F9 Fitness from time to time,
govern the relationship between the signatory member of this application and the Company. The members must abide by all written instructions of the Company in this application, as well as the instructions on the internal
boards of the center and the administrative circulars that may be issued by the Company in the future.
The member acknowledges that any manuals, such as (membership guide, user’s manual, or sports guide…)
and any periodical publications issued by the Company shall be an integral part of these conditions.
The members accept them and comply with them without any objection. The member acknowledges having
been informed of all the guides annexed to this membership mentioned below and has accepted them as part
of these conditions and this membership.

2.The legal ages to join the center shall be 18 years and above.
​
3.The general rules, customs, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be respected and observed.
​
4.The Centre has the absolute right to determine or change the working hours as it is deemed appropriate.
​
5.The member must not park his car in front of the homes of the neighbors of the center or nearby shops,
and in any case, the Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the car or loss of any items inside
the car, whether inside or outside the center premises.

6.The Company shall not incur any liability for any injuries to the member(God forbids) and the member must take adequate care for his safety and the safety of others and follow the instructions of the trainer during the
exercise, and the member must inform the trainer in case of any health problems before any physical activity.

7.The Company shall not be liable for the loss of any personal belongings in the center.
​​
8.The lockers shall be leased to the member only during the hours of his presence in the center, and the
management is entitled to empty the contents of the lockers by breaking the lock at the end of the official
working hours without incurring any liability as a result thereof and the member shall pay for the value of
changing the lock.

9.The membership amount for any of F9 Fitness is not refundable after payment.
​
10.The Subscriber may receive marketing campaigns in addition to the latest offers and news from F9 Fitness via the Subscriber's e-mail as well as via SMS
​
11.The Company reserves the right to terminate membership without any compensation in the following cases:
​
1. If the membership is used by anyone other than the registered member
2. If the member behaves inappropriately, causes disruption to other members, or violates the instructions
and regulations set forth by the Center
3. If the member has engaged in verbal or physical abuse toward any of the Center’s employees
4. Promotion of any product or item within the F9 Fitness center
5. Providing any service related to personal training within the F9 Fitness Center without prior authorization

12.Prohibitions that the subscriber must avoid:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas within and surrounding the Center’s premises
2. Only Suitable Footwear may be permitted
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw weights on the floor or remove them from the weightlifting hall. All weights and equipment must be returned to their designated places after use in both the weightlifting hall and the fitness hall.
Club property must be always preserved. All equipment should be handled carefully and properly,
and the subscriber is fully responsible for any damage caused to any device due to misuse.
4. It is prohibited to give any money or gifts in-kind to the coaches or staff of the Center. The subscriber is
solely responsible for any payments made to coaches for any reason
5. Members are prohibited from entering the employees’ accommodations
6. Photography is not allowed inside the center.
13.The member hereby consents to the collection of their photograph and fingerprint for the purpose of
activating membership.

14.The member must receive the receipt in respect of any payment made, which is the only approved document
by F9 Fitness Company.
​​
15.Individuals weighing more than 150 kilograms are not allowed to use the treadmills. They may instead run
on the track or follow the instructions of the coach responsible.
​​
16.The member is not entitled to object to the number of members in the center.
​​
17.The Member is not entitled to claim the unused days if the service is available.
​​
18.The F9 fitness shall be entitled to photograph the center, including members, at any time, and to use these
photos freely.
​
19.The renewal of membership of anyone violating the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be prohibited.
​
20.The Company is committed to the date specified in the agreement. The customer is not entitled to request a postponement. If the member enters the center before the specified start date, The membership will be
activated from the date of the first entry, as determined in accordance with the membership start policy.
Refund Policy
21.All fees and payments made to the gym are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
